1. The actuator of the paper feeding section is designed to minimize inertia. A high-power frequency converter controls the large motor to drive the transmission mechanism to realize paper feeding, and a small-power frequency converter controls the fan to assist paper feeding. The paper feeding department requires the frequency converter to have high overload capacity and fast dynamic response capacity, so as to avoid the impact caused by frequent load fluctuation.
2. The printing department is usually within five package bits. At present, the mainstream scheme is that each color bit is controlled by a frequency converter.
3. The five tool positions of the slotting part are controlled by a separate low-power frequency converter, which makes the division of labor clear, the failure rate low, and then reduces the maintenance cost of the system.
4. The electrical control part of the system is also required to be free from RF harmonic interference. The built-in DC reactor and built-in EMC filter unit of the frequency converter can effectively prevent interference to the system.
5. The unique component installation mode of the frequency converter (independent air duct, dense thistle electronic components, etc.) and the longitudinal software and hardware protection performance (overcurrent protection, overload protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, stall prevention, etc.) greatly improve the service life of the frequency converter and motor.
