1、 Case introduction
This case mainly introduces the application of frequency converter in manipulator, and uses the unique acceleration and deceleration related function of frequency converter.
2、 System introduction
With the increasing automation of manufacturing industry, more and more industries use manipulator. Manipulator is generally used as auxiliary equipment of other equipment, such as injection molding machine, in order to improve the degree of automation.
The power of the manipulator is divided into two parts: electric part and pneumatic part. The electric part is used to drive the back and forth movement of the manipulator on the base. Generally, high and low speed are adopted. It is required to run stably, stop accurately and not exceed the limit. The pneumatic part controls the grasping action of the manipulator.
The electrical part is controlled by frequency converter, and the requirements are as follows:
1. The acceleration and deceleration are smooth and the time is short;
