1、 Equipment Description:
On the candy packaging equipment, it is necessary to feed the candy outer packaging materials quickly and accurately. At this time, servo equipment is needed.
2、 Process requirements:
Candy packaging materials have the same feeding length each time, and each feeding needs a certain pause time.
The feeding times per minute shall be more than 200.
3、 System composition:
The system consists of upper control system, servo control system, mechanical part and so on. The upper control system is generally composed of PLC and touch screen. The servo control system includes servo driver and servo motor.

4、 System working principle:
The servo driver works in position mode and needs to receive pulses to control the servo motor. The user can control the speed and direction of the motor through the touch screen. Finally, the speed and direction of the motor are changed by the transformation of the pulse and direction signal output by PLC. Taking Y0 sending pulse and Y1 controlling direction as an example, the system principle is shown in Figure 2.
